Jesus said: "Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters"

Jesus said: Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters Jesus said: Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters

Our Lord Jesus invites us to the true life, to that life that fills our hearts and leaves behind that annoying feeling of emptiness. Live the spiritual gifts, this is the true message of Jesus, live the mercy (compassion, kindness), live the piety (constancy, firmness), and seek the perfections of God in all the acts of your lives: "Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect" Matthew 5:48. Only in this way then we can enter into the Kingdom of Heaven and be called children of God: "This is how we know who the children of God and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God's child, nor is anyone who does not love their brother and sister" 1 John 3:10.
That is why Jesus also explains to us that following him, implies a fundamental choice, if we are slaves to our lies we cannot imitate him, when it comes to Jesus there is no gray, it is black or white, friend or foe, the Kingdom of Heaven is not a matter of masks or appearances but of a change of heart towards God: "No one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.", John 3:5.
When Jesus was preaching in Galilee, it happened that Jesus and his disciples were accused of violating the Law of Moses: "At that time Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath. His disciples were hungry and began to pick some heads of grain and eat them. When the Pharisees saw this, they said to him, ´Look! Your disciples are doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath.´" Matthew 12:1-2.
Later in response to this Jesus concluded: "Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters" Matthew 12:30.
Like the wheat field that produces the grain of wheat when it reaches maturity, life bears fruit. If we do not do as the disciples who raise the harvest with Jesus, we are losing the sowing. As Jesus tells us, if we don't follow him, we can only scatter, that is, scatter error and suffering, and this is what makes us negative people.
