Cunning is not wisdom: Whoever plots evil will be known as a schemer, Proverbs 24:8

Cunning is not wisdom: Whoever plots evil will be known as a schemer, Proverbs 24:8 Cunning is not wisdom: Whoever plots evil will be known as a schemer, Proverbs 24:8

Wisdom is a science that has to do with assertiveness, with being precise and accurate; like King Solomon who does exact justice in the case of the two prostitutes (1 Kings 3:16-28) or Daniel in the trial of Susana (Daniel 13:1-64). Wisdom is the opposite of heresy, the teaching of the error. We cannot speak of a diabolical or perverse wisdom except metaphorically: "But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. Such ´wisdom´ does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice" James 3:14-16.
Cunning is not wisdom explains the Bible: Whoever plots evil will be known as a schemer, Proverbs 24:8. He who teaches falsehood or plots evil cannot be called wise (doctor of wisdom) or philosopher. Thence, the difference between sophistry and philosophy, sophistry is a system of knowledge with the aspect of philosophy, but it is not.
Wisdom brings us closer to God, and wise is the one who resembles God in essence, that is, in spirit; a wise man will always tell us things as they are, direct and without turns, if something is like that, it is like that, end of the reasoning. On the other hand, an evil person thinks of intrigues because he hides and deceives, that is, he develops concealment strategies.
Never must be confused the wise with the fool, because ordinary people tend to value superficial intelligence, cunning; but there is a deeper intelligence that has to do with prudence and advice, and this is the truly intelligent man, this is what the Bible wants to tell us with the proverb. The wise man has his intelligence correctly directed, but on the other hand, he who thinks evil has his intelligence in the dark: "The wise have eyes in their heads, while the fool walks in the darkness" Ecclesiastes 2:14.
