Self-help is a complex process , consist to develop our potential, our excellence and spiritual gifts establishing achievable and measurable goals and objectives into time . For example a simple goal, but this goal has to be complete in a time.
So the process of establishing ourselves small goals over time, allow us to evaluate our progress . This progress also implies that each action must be evaluated in the sense of when we not acted correctly , we must evaluate each action wisely. Remember that we live in a ethical universe, a universe governed by ethical laws , the right actions are rewarded and the erroneus are punished.
This is where we can put a turning point, we can accept that the process of improvement is to discover our own excellences and agree to live with what ultimately we are, or we can go further, go to the limits of the human and the divine , into the mystic .
The divine acts . We have to know our unconscious; the unconscious host impulses that are difficult to analyze by the rational part, in our childhood experiences that we tend to repeat them in the adult life. It is imperative to work our subconscious because also often acts as a shadow, or to say a set of negatives aspects and unconscious conflicts .
Understand, accept and overcome the shadow to transform our negative aspects . This idea is the base of the repentance of heart or Gnosis, make conscious our deepest unconscious conflicts and this is where the knowledge of the divine acts . God rewards our right actions transforming and giving us his essence : the Wisdom .
And the basis of this self knowledge is a process of self improvement. The Gnosis or self-knowledge, is the action of the divine, the Gnosis complete and perfect the self-help process . It is so that emerges the renovated, new and free man . The happy heart man in communion with God.
